What are the options for taking receipt of my order?
Options to take receipt of an order with YukonGrow
A variety of pickup, delivery and shipping options are available to take receipt of YukonGrow orders.
Pickup
At checkout, choose the available option that best suits your needs. Bookings open starting the day after which the order is put in (needs to be in by midnight). Superbags and whole pallets not available on pickup / only available through Delivery or Shipping (Freight) due to weight and dimensions.
Curbside pickup at Yukon Centre Mall. Available year-round Mon, Wed and Fri 9am-5pm. We will meet you in the parking lot (no personnel is otherwise available onsite). Handling fees modulated by (sub)total of the order.
Handling fees [$0-15] modulated by (sub)total of the order: Waived (free) for orders above $150, $10 for orders between $100 and $150, and $15 for orders lower than $100. We will meet you outside the building (same parking lot as the Liquor Store and Subway downtown Whitehorse).
Special pickup north of town. Available year-round Mon, Wed and Fri 5pm-7pm, and weekends 9am-5pm. Exact location to your choice within 10-30 km north of downtown Whitehorse along Alaska hwy going up Mayo rd. Please contact us with the exact location of your choice (e.g. rest areas at Mayo rd. cutoff, Takhini gas station, corner of Burma rd.). Handling fees modulated by (sub)total of the order.

Fireweed Community Market. Available Thur 3pm-7pm May-June until the solstice. Free.
Swing by our booth at the market (Shipyards Park) anytime between 3 and 7pm and we can bring the order to you in the parking lot when you're ready.
Pop-Up Shop old CT. Available May-June Mon and Sat 11am-5pm. Free.
Swing by our pop-up shop next to the Yukon Fruit Stand (parking lot of the ''old Canadian Tire'', on 2nd Ave between Ray and Ogilvie) anytime between 11am and 5pm and we can bring the order to your vehicle when you're ready.
Pop-Up Shop at the Feed Store. Available May to early June Sat 11am-5pm. Free.
Swing by our pop-up shop next to Lucy's Plants and Veggies (parking lot of the Feed Store / Pet Junction, 9006 Quartz road) anytime between 11am and 5pm and we can bring the order to your vehicle when you're ready.
Mount Lorne Spring/Summer Market. Available May 14 11am-2pm; other dates in May-June tbd. Free.
Swing by our booth at the market (Mount Lorne Community Centre) anytime between 11am and 2pm and we can bring the order to you in the parking lot when you're ready.

Delivery
At checkout, enter the drop location's physical address. Then choose a delivery date and time. Available year-round daily 9am-6pm except Tuesdays and Thursday. Bookings open starting the day after which the order is put in (order needs to be in by midnight) depending on distance from our downtown location in Whitehorse.
When prompted, don't hesitate to enter delivery instructions (e.g. where exactly on the property). You don't have to be home or sign off any paperwork to take receipt. You can also physically mark an 'X' at the exact location you want the order dropped ‒for instance with a chalk or with two garden tools crossed onto one another.
Fees modulated by distance, and type of transport required. Alternatively, Pickup or Shipping can be cheaper options in some cases.
YukonGrow Truck. Available year-round anywhere in Yukon and neighbouring communities.
Can accommodate small units (e.g. 10-20 L bags) as well as Superbags and whole pallets: Maximum 2 Superbags or pallets per trip.
Flat Deck Trailer. Available year-round anywhere in Yukon and neighbouring communities.
Can accommodate small units (e.g. 10-20 L bags) as well as Superbags and whole pallets: Maximum 10 Superbags or pallets per trip. Unloading equipment (e.g. skid steer) required onsite.
Bulk loads. Available only during summer (approx. May-August), and only within 410 km of our downtown location in Whitehorse,
Can only accommodate specific products (see details here). Dumper Trailer: 5 cu yd. Dumper Truck: 15 cu yd. Dumper Truck + Pup: 25 cu yd. Only one bulk load can be ordered at a time.
Shipping
At checkout, place your order in complete with the drop location's physical address and we will follow-up with you to make the arrangements (parcel or freight service) and for shipping fees (not Free). We will not capture payment or accept the order until arrangements are made. Alternatively, feel free to shop around and contact us before placing the order. Arrangements can be made to ship anywhere in Yukon and neighbouring communities, for any product or quantities. Shipping is often cheaper than YukonGrow Delivery for drop locations beyond 50 km of our downtown location in Whitehorse.
