How do I return a Superbag and get the deposit back?

To return a Superbag, simply fold it approximately and you can choose one of the following options:

• leave it at curbside or stashed somewhere safe and accessible and we'll swing by to pick it up when you let us know;
  
• drop it at one of our market and pop-up shops (full schedule available here).

We'll process the deposit promptly upon receiving the bag.

We also do take back any smaller bags for reuse (e.g. 20 L). Same process.
